if you as the client decide not to read our policy and proceed with purchasing a service, we are not obligated to tell you to read our policies. you as the paying client must do that on your own. when purchasing a service from destined design agency with or without reading the policy by default you're agreeing with our policy & terms/conditions.
Within the process of working with Destined Design Agency, both parties hold obligations on both ends. As a designer, I will be obligated to provide the client with the service that was paid for. Within the duration of the service, Destined Design Agency, will provide you with updates via email as service(s) are being curated. If by any means during the time of the service you may feel you want to see any overview before the brand owner sends it to you, you may request to see an update. Allow the owner of Destined Design Agency 12-24 hours to provide you with the progress of the service. If the client decides to request a refund within the duration of the service it will not be valid for a refund due to all services are non-refundable under any circumstances there are no excuses.
For the client, the obligations is as follows, please be mindful to provide your information as detailed as possible. When Destined Design Agency provides you with information to provide, it's best to be able to fill in everything that you can to the best of your knowledge, if there is something you're not aware of, you may feel free to ask for clarification. As a client, Destined Design Agency does ask for respect as we respect you for allowing us to work with you. Be mindful this is business and not personal. As the client within the service, you are only allowed to the designs you choose within the service when it comes to the finalization stage. You don't own all designs shown during the processing of distribution.
harassment Clause :
Nobody outside of the original payer of the service should be contacting Destined Design Agency about any information or updates on service(s), You will be informed there is no information to be provided to that person. Only communications will be held with the paying client. If you have gifted a service to someone, you may provide their name to Destined Design Agency and we will communicate with them directly. At the discretion of Destined Design Agency we may enact a three-strike policy. After the first offense, Destined Design Agency will make a reasonable effort to notify the client about the three strike rule reminding them. If the client is/are able to respond to the threatening situation in a reasonable amount of time, destined design agency shall resume work in accordance with the original terms of this agreement. If the threatening behavior occurs for a second time , the client will agree to remove the offending person for the remainder of the event, if the behavior occurs for the third time, Destined Design Agency will immediately cancel all services remaining under this agreement. If Destined Design Agency decides to cancel your order earlier due to any offending behavior , the client expressly agrees to relieve and hold Destined Design Agency harmless as a result of incomplete event coverage.
Buyers Remorse :
Destined Design Agency does not provide refunds for any services unless agreed upon. Buyers remorse or wanting to use another company are not acceptable means for a refund. Once payment has been made to Destined Design Agency, the project will enter the design timeframe given to the client. It is advised that ample time is given for project completion for the following reasons: revisions may be needed, peak in orders/work load and prior work may require more time than expected. Adequate design timeframes are provided for each project, however, due to busy/peak times, an additional business day or two may be required. If you as the client pays for a specific time frame and then later down the line decides to change your time frame, you will not be awarded the refund difference to the new desired turn around time you wish to have. I suggest to plan ahead to figure out which turn around time fits best for you and your business regarding the service you desire to have. You won't be refunded the difference, be very careful before booking to select the correct turn around time that fits you best. due to the work produced or in queue, payment already received by Destined Design Agency will not be refunded in order to offset the loss of business. If partial work has already been received by the client and they opt to cancel, payment that has been paid will not be refunded. In these cases, ownership of all artwork, layouts, and development will remain the property of Destined Design Agency and any remaining work will not be sent to the client for their ownership. If the project is in its final stage, ownership will be transferred to the client.
Tunaround Time :
Understanding that the turnaround time for a project is started upon when the client provides the designer with all the information when the information is received that's when services will be started ASAP. Business hours for Destined Design Agency are MONDAY - THURSDAY 12-8PM EST. We do not work on major holidays. Plan ahead when booking a service to know what day your service will be finished based upon the turnaround time. If needing a service to be done faster than the basic turnaround time that was given during the inquiry stage, you're more than welcome to pay for a RUSH FEE. ALL SERVICES ARE NON REFUNDABLE UNLESS THE SERVICE WAS NOT STARTED UPON. Updates will be sent out to the client in the order the orders were placed.
The best way to reach Destined Design Agency is via email to have the quickest response. Be sure to title the subject according to what the email is about to have a faster response, Allow us a 24-48 hour response time.
IF REFUND PROCEDURE IS PURSUED BY CLIENT ONCE WORK HAS BEEN STARTED ON OR ISSUED OUT THIS CONTRACT IS THERE IN CONSIDERED VOID AND ALL SERVICES ARE NOT OBLIGATED TO BE COMPLETED UNLESS OTHERWISE DETERMINED BY destined design agency & ASSOCIATES.
There are no refunds for any branding packages, any branding package comes as a whole. You can't break up the package with services you want and don't want. When purchasing a branding package you are to receive everything that comes with it. If for any reason the client decides to submit information within the branding package piece by piece they are liable to provide that information when they have it. if by the time the client provides that information further than expected it's not the designer's fault if their launch is delayed due to failure of distribution.
